CLIENT INFORMATION
Matterhorn Capital Management, LLC (“MCM”), as part of providing
its investment management services, may collect nonpublic personal information
about you through the following sources:
- Information we receive from you on applications, investment
advisory agreements, meetings, correspondence and other documents;
- Information you provide to us orally;
- Information about your transactions with us, or others.
DISCLOSURE POLICY
As a matter of firm policy, MCM will not provide your nonpublic

for any purpose. MCM does not disclose any nonpublic personal

- Disclosure is required to execute transactions for your account
or otherwise to provide services you have requested;

- Disclosure to governmental agencies or other regulatory bodies
